Gear Shaving Machine

Gear shaving machine is a metal cutting machine for gear finishing.  Gear shaving machine is suitable for finishing unhardened gears, usually used for shaving straight or helical gears whose hardness is not greater than HRC48 after hobbing or shaping, and machining inner gears by adding accessories.  The maximum diameter of the machined gear is 5 meters, but it is most widely used in the medium size gear shaveing machines under 500 mm.  The shaving precision is 7-6 (JB179-83), and the surface roughness is 0.63 ~ 0.32 micron.
